Basic 4-Week Weight Training for Athletes
This 4-week weight training program consists of three workout days over a 4-week period where the goal is PEAK sprint and explosive performance. The program is designed to focus on speed and explosive development for all athletes. The program contains some of the most important elements from the weight room in order to reach peak performance at the end of the 4-week period. This is supposed to be an introductory program to what some of the other programs on this site has to offer.
Not designed for athletes under the age of 14.
