Speed in its many forms is perhaps one of the most vital skills for any football player. This training program will give you the tools to become your fastest self and, as a result, become a better footballer.
The training program consists of eight training weeks - each containing three essential workout programs. The three weekly training sessions consist of one top speed training session, one weight session, and one acceleration/change of direction session. Videos of sprint drills, sprint and weight exercises, technical training, specific strengthening exercises, and much more included.
The program is based on real-life experience with training both young football talents and semi-pro and professional footballers. In other words, this is your chance to become faster and become a better footballer!
